At Roatan Eco Adventours, we are committed to providing our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. Below are our official policies that govern your bookings, tours, and interactions with our company. Please review them carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while covering the costs associated with operating tours. Here’s how our policy works:

• Cancellation 24 hours before the tour: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour, you will receive a refund minus a 5% fee to cover credit card processing costs. This applies to payments made through our site or PayPal. Unfortunately, these fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment platforms.
• Same-day cancellation due to ship not docking or tour cancellation by us: If your ship doesn’t dock or if we are unable to operate the tour on the day of your booking, you will receive a 100% refund.
• Same-day cancellation when the ship docks and the tour operates: In the event your ship docks and we are ready to operate the tour but you decide to cancel on the same day, we will refund the full amount except for $40 or 10%, whichever is greater. This covers the costs of transport mobilization and tour guide waiting at the port.
• Bank deposit payments: If you paid via bank deposit in Honduras, you will receive a 100% refund except for the $2 processing fee charged by the bank.

Health & Safety Policy

At Roatan Eco Adventours, the safety and well-being of our guests are paramount. We take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe experience during our tours. However, participants must acknowledge the inherent risks involved in outdoor and adventure activities, including, but not limited to:

• Travel to remote locations
• Potential exposure to contagious diseases (including COVID-19)
• Weather-related risks and encounters with wildlife

We follow local health guidelines and safety protocols and encourage all participants to adhere to safety instructions given by our guides during tours.
